Leverage

Most people are familiar with using leverage for things like jacking up their car, and maybe even when it comes to investing by buying real estate with little or no money of their own. Unfortunately, there are many other forms of leverage that people don't use to their advantage. There is time leverage, which often works against us. The most common form of this is the traditional job situation. Your boss leverages your time and efforts to produce profits, and pays you your small wage or salary later. You can better leverage time, by having people or money work for you. This way you are not limited by how many hours you are working. You are essentially creating clones of yourself that will provide returns even while you're sleeping. It is also possible to leverage knowledge or information. I used to be intimidated by people who I felt were more knowledgeable or successful. Now, I recognize that one of the fastest ways to produce better results is to find someone who's already done what I want to do and ask them to teach me. The old saying "success leaves clues" is certainly true, and often the successful people are the most generous and willing to teach others their knowledge.
I constantly seek methods to use leverage to my advantage. Make every effort to put leverage to work for you, and you will see dramatic results. Leverage is a powerful tool that should be respected, and utilized.
