When people join together in a combined effort an extraordinary thing happens, a new mind is formed, a mind that only exists as a result of all members coming together. That master mind for me is Gurutropolis and together we bring our collective talents, experiences and achievements to one common goal… to be a catalyst for positive change.

My adventure with Personal Best Seminars began in September of 2008. I walked into the room for PB1 not really knowing what to expect. It was over a coffee with a mentor that I first learned of Personal Best, and on his recommendation I signed up without really knowing anything about it. I have taken numerous seminars over the years, but primarily focused on investing and finances. I had never taken a personal development course before. The main thing I remember from the course was that I was in a room full of complete strangers, and yet people felt comfortable enough to share parts of their lives that they had often not told a soul. I was so moved by how supportive the environment was that I sought out a few from the group to form a mastermind group so we could continue supporting each other to grow and succeed. While that group eventually went separate ways, I recognized the power of a mastermind group and knew I wanted to pursue it further.

In January of last year I joined a mastermind group with other PB3 members. In a very short amount of time our group found a common bond of entrepreneurship and set our sights high. Within a couple of months we decided that rather than all work on our individual goals, we could put our heads together and work on a project collectively. After a number of brainstorming sessions we chose an avenue that we were all passionate about... Personal Development. It has taken nearly 8 months since we first came up with the concept, and now www.gurutropolis.com is live and growing! Our mastermind group is now a corporation committed to becoming the leading source for the world’s greatest teachers, training and tools dedicated to your growth and personal development. Our focus is on creating a global community that promotes a higher consciousness and a positive impact on societies around the globe.

As PB grads, we recognized that classmates like to keep in touch and more importantly, continue to apply the lessons so that we don't slip back into old habits and routines. For this reason, the Gurutropolis resource section provides recommended programs, ebooks, video, and audio to support you. You are also encouraged to join groups of your classmates, and interact in our forums. If you’re looking to take another course, you can read reviews from past participants. If you’re just looking to continue learning, there are a wide range of resources to support your growth. Gurutropolis is a community of like minded people, all growing and evolving together and therefore a great place to interact. We’re excited to be a catalyst to positive change, and have committed to donating 10% of our revenue to charity.
